How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to provide the service you requested (chat responses, assessment results, follow-up emails). We do not sell your data, train AI models on your data, or share data between clients.

Where Your Data Lives

European customers: Your data is processed and stored on Swiss infrastructure (Infomaniak, Switzerland). Swiss data protection law applies.

North American customers: Your data is processed and stored on US infrastructure in Virginia (AWS). US data protection law applies.

Your jurisdiction determines where your data lives — not the standard you're pursuing, not a third party's preference. Data stays where you are.

Third-Party Services

We use HubSpot (CRM, EU hosting), Brevo (transactional email, EU hosting), and Cookiebot (cookie consent). Each operates under their own privacy policies.

AI Processing

Our chat and assessment tools use large language models (LLMs) to generate responses. Conversations are not used to train AI models. Conversation data is isolated per user and not shared between clients.
